Introduction
This product is a new type of thiourea accelerator, with similar performance to accelerator ETU, and is used as a vulcanisation aid in chlorinated polymers. Using this product, high-performance vulcanised rubber can be obtained in a shorter time, and the scorch stability is good. Applied to chloroprene rubber, it has the same characteristics as accelerator ETU, and the vulcanisation performance and ageing resistance of the rubber are good. It is an effective second accelerator for diene rubber, including EPDM rubber, and has the characteristics of no pollution, no colouring, and no blooming. It can replace accelerator ETU for chloroprene rubber and chlorinated polyethylene rubber.
