Introduction
Bisphenol A diglycidyl ether (DGEBA) is a light yellow liquid epoxy compound synthesized by the condensation of epichlorohydrin (ECH) and bisphenol A (BPA). It has the advantages of good color, low epoxy equivalent, low organic chlorine content, and low cost. The hardening resin composed of various hardeners and fillers has a wider range of uses and can be used as a variety of profiles, insulating paints, coatings, adhesives, semiconductors, integrated circuits and other electronic components packaging materials, etc.
