Application
ACT-TL5 is currently used in vinyl acrylate rubbers, etc. It activates the reaction between these acidic groups and diamines to promote rapid cross-linking reactions.
Compared with DOTG rubber, the rubber using ACT-55 shows a slight increase in cross-linking density, an increase in hardness and modulus of elasticity, and a decrease in elongation, with the greatest advantage being a significant improvement in ageing resistance after heat treatment.
