Application:
Vinyl sulfate is mainly used as an additive for lithium battery electrolytes. It can coordinate with lithium salts and alkali metal ions in solvents to form stable complexes. These complexes help form a solid electrolyte interface film (SEI film) on the electrode surface in the electrolyte, thereby effectively inhibiting the irreversible reaction between the electrode material and the electrolyte, protecting the electrolyte and improving the cycle life of the battery. The specific effects are as follows:
1) Improve the performance of the battery in high-temperature cycling, high-temperature storage and low-temperature discharge;
2) Reduce battery expansion after high-temperature storage, reduce capacity attenuation and internal resistance;
3) Inhibit the decrease in the initial capacity of the battery and increase the initial discharge capacity;
4) Improve the stability of the graphite negative electrode, thereby enhancing the cycle performance of the battery.
