Introduction
KT-921 oily plastic release agent is an oily release agent that is manufactured with various organic fluorine compounds. It is soluble in many organic solvents and is widely applied in polyurethane shoe soles, furniture handrails and plastic products. Moreover, it is soluble in n-butyl acetate, butanone, 120# solvent gasoline, petroleum ether and other solvents.

Application
KT-921 oily plastic release agent is widely used in the demoulding of polyurethane soles, self-skinning foam products, and high-rebound products. Under ventilation, use a brush, flannel, or silk cloth to evenly wipe the mould with this product. You can also use compressed spray to evenly spray it on the mould without any hanging. After the solvent evaporates (a few minutes), it is ready. Heat the mould to 165-170℃ and cure it for 10 minutes, or use a room-temperature curing fluororesin release agent. In the presence of a curing agent, after curing at room temperature to form a film, it can be used for multiple (about 80 times) demoulding of products.
