Introduction
Milrinone, also known as dipyridone and cypermethrinone, is a new type of non-glycoside non-catecholamine cardiotonic drug. It is a homologue of amipirone. It has positive inotropic and vasodilatory effects, can reduce cardiac load, improve kidney and muscle blood supply, and is effective both orally and intravenously.
The mechanism of action of milrinone is the same as that of amrinone, but the intensity of action is 10 to 30 times that of amrinone, and it has no side effect of reducing platelets and has good tolerance.
