Introduction
RTV Methyl Silicone Rubber is a room-temperature curable silicone elastomer primarily composed of polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS), crosslinkers, and catalysts. It features excellent thermal stability, weather resistance, electrical insulation, and adhesion properties. It is widely used in electronic encapsulation, mold making, sealing, and coatings.

Application
It cures at room temperature with cross-linking agents and catalysts, can maintain elasticity for a long time in the temperature range of -60 to 220°C, has excellent electrical properties and chemical stability, and is resistant to water, odor, and weathering. It is widely used in building caulking, insulation, shockproof, moisture-proof, and corrosion-resistant of electronic components, molding and demoulding of rubber and plastic products, and as a leather lubricant and release agent. It is also the basic raw material for room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber. Special specifications can be used in fabric finishing and daily chemical industry.
