Product Details
Introduction
UVI-6976 is a cationic photoinitiator containing a mixture of triarylsulfonium hexafluoroantimonate salts in propylene carbonate. UVI-6976 photoinitiator is used to UV-cure CYRACURE cycloaliphatic epoxide resins, vinyl ethers and other cationically curing materials.
Application
UVI-6976 can be used to develop new monomers of high-efficiency cationic initiators such as vinyl ether and propenyl ether. At the same time, photoinitiator is a key component of the UV curing system. UV curing technology is a technology that uses ultraviolet light to excite photoinitiator to produce active species to initiate polymerization of prepolymer and monomer. It has excellent performance of high efficiency, low pollution and low cost, and is widely used in coatings, inks, medical devices, and other fields.
