Introduction
This product is a modified PVDF resin prepared by the suspension method with a high viscosity grade. Through modification, it improves the adhesion with the active substance, metal pole piece, and polymer.
Physical and chemical properties
White powder, particle size (D50) below 100 μm, melting point 160-165 °C, standard specific gravity 1.75-1.77. The product can be used stably at high voltage with excellent heat resistance, electrical insulation, and chemical stability.
Application
This product has high crystallinity and a low swelling rate and can be used for positive and negative electrodes in common ternary systems, high-nickel ternary systems, iron phosphate systems, and cobalt-acid systems. It is mainly used in power batteries for new energy passenger vehicles, UPS, backup power supplies, and communication energy storage and as positive electrode materials for lithium-ion batteries for mobile phones, laptops, and other portable electronic devices.

Packing & Storage:
The product should be stored in a clean, dry warehouse to prevent the introduction of impurities. This product is non-toxic and harmless at room temperature, but care should be taken to avoid processing temperatures exceeding 350°C to prevent decomposition and the generation of toxic gases.
