KT-03II Preservatives for Starch Paste and Adhesives

Introduction and Application

03II is suitable for starch paste, adhesives, gouache pigments, coatings, inks, etc. In water-based systems, the general concentration is 0.2-1.5% (w/w), depending on whether the product is susceptible to microbial erosion and the storage environment of the product.

Main features:

1. Broad spectrum, kills a variety of bacteria, fungi and yeasts, and can achieve a good antibacterial effect at a concentration of 0.2%-1.5%.

2. The applicable pH range is wider than similar products and can be used at pH 5-11.

3. Good stability: no change after storage at -2℃ to 35℃ for one year.

4. Low toxicity; does not contain heavy metals and halogen compounds.

5. Does not contain formaldehyde and has low odour.
