Introduction

Zinc acrylate is used as a peroxide bridging agent to increase the crosslinking density. It is suitable for BR, EPDM, NBR, HNBR, etc. It has a slightly sour taste and is miscible with water and acrylic acid, but insoluble in polymers. Zinc acrylate is a rubber vulcanizer and heat-resistant additive. It is a crosslinker, hardener and tackifier for golf ball cores, tapes, rubber rollers and other products. It has acid, alkali, oil, corrosion and high temperature resistance. It can be combined with rubber to obtain salt crosslinking bonds, increase the strength of vulcanized rubber, and improve high and low temperature performance. In addition, it can also improve elasticity, increase tear resistance, reduce white carbon black, and strengthen the compression permanent deformation of rubber. It is suitable for nitrile rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, butadiene rubber, EPDM rubber and other rubber types.
Dosage: Adding 3.0-6.0 parts of zinc acrylate to the formula of EPDM rubber insulation layer can improve the bonding performance of metal and EPDM rubber insulation layer.
