Introduction

1,3,5-Tris[3-(dimethylamino)propyl]hexahydro-1,3,5-triazine is a highly efficient organic amine compound, mainly used as a catalyst, additive or surfactant. Its molecular structure contains three aminopropyl groups, which makes it highly hydrophilic and has good dispersibility. It is widely used in water treatment, polymer synthesis and surface treatment.

Application

This product is a polyurethane rigid foam high-activity trimerization catalyst with excellent foaming/gelling ability, usually used in combination with other catalysts;
It is mainly used for the catalysis of polyurethane and polyisocyanate reactions. In fact, its catalytic selectivity for polyurethane is slightly higher than that for polyisocyanate reactions. It is often used for laminated polyurethane rigid foam, spray rigid foam, and molded rigid foam;
It is more suitable for polyisocyanate rigid foam boards, various foaming agent foaming (including full water foaming) and other processes, and has excellent performance in water-foamed rigid foam systems;
It is also suitable for microporous polyurethane elastomers and high-resilience foam plastic products.
