Introduction and Application
Antioxidant 3114 is a tri-functional hindered phenolic antioxidant with high molecular weight, which is non-polluting and non-colouring. Due to its high molecular weight and melting point, it has extremely low volatility, low migration, outstanding water extraction resistance, and can give plastics excellent resistance to heat oxidation and light oxidation.
It is mainly used as an antioxidant for polypropylene, polyethylene, etc., and has both heat and light stabilisation effects. It has a synergistic effect with light stabilisers and auxiliary antioxidants when used. This product is low in toxicity. It can be used in food-contact polyolefin products at up to 15% of the main material.
