Introduction

Sodium polyacrylate water-soluble quenching liquid is completely miscible with water. It can be diluted with water several times during quenching, and will not produce smoke pollution. It has certain anti-rust, anti-corrosion, anti-foaming, non-flammable, wetting and sterilization functions. There is no fire hazard, no harm to operators and the environment, not easy to age, and long service life. When using, you only need to add the original liquid, and there is no need to replace the entire tank.

1. Suitable for small and medium-sized plate hammers, hammer heads, lining plates, various types of high-chromium grinding balls and other products made of high-chromium alloy materials, as well as high, medium and low-chromium alloy steels, alloy tool steels and high-speed steels.
2. It can be used for the overall quenching of various steel parts (except high-speed steel) heated by various furnace types, the overall quenching of induction-heated workpieces and the spray quenching.
3. The types of steel suitable for heating in various furnace types include carbon structural steel, carbon tool steel, alloy structural steel, low alloy, carburizing steel, spring steel, and bearing steel for overall quenching, induction-heated overall quenching and spray quenching.
