Alcohol-Release Silicone Adhesive

This adhesive features excellent storage stability and is a moisture-curing type. When exposed to humid air, it cures into an elastomer (silicone rubber) with outstanding adhesion.

Hydrophobic fumed silica (treated with dimethyldichlorosilane): 5 parts. Polysiloxane is synthesized by reacting 100 parts silanol-terminated polydimethylsiloxane with 15 parts 3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane under stirring at 100°C for 6 hours, followed by removal of methanol and monomers. The resulting amino methoxysilane-functional polydimethylsiloxane oil with a viscosity of 8 Pa·s is blended thoroughly with other raw materials per the formula to produce the adhesive.

Ketoxime-Release Silicone Sealant (JS 2000, TS 1527, JS 606)

This sealant has excellent storage stability and belongs to the room-temperature vulcanising (RTV) grade. Upon exposure to humid air, it cures into an elastic silicone rubber with superior bonding performance.

Add all fillers into concentrated silanol methylphenyl silicone resin and stir uniformly; a toluene solvent may be added if needed. Coat with adhesive at room temperature, dry at 80–120°C to remove solvent, assemble substrates under pressure of 0.5 MPa, and cure at 270°C for 3 hours. Post-curing at 425°C can further enhance bonding strength.
