Introduction and Application
This product is insoluble in water and has emulsifying and lubricating properties. It is widely used in cosmetics, medicine, textiles, leather, coatings, plastics, pesticides and other industries.
1. 1001 is used as an emulsifier, stabilizer, lubricant, and defoamer for ointments, creams, suppositories, lotions, and aerosols. It is used as an emulsifier, lubricant, and shampoo detergent in the daily chemical industry. It is also used as an internal antistatic agent for PE, PP, and PVC, and the general dosage is 0.5~2.0%.
2. 1002 is used as an emulsifier, thickener, sunscreen, and defoamer in the daily chemical industry for the production of ointments, creams, and liquid washing shampoos. It is used as a fabric finishing agent in the textile industry and also as a pigment grinding additive; FZD-1003 This product is insoluble in water and has emulsifying and lubricating properties. 3. 1004 In the food industry, it is used as a cake emulsifier. In the daily chemical industry, it is used in cream and cream cosmetics to increase the lubricity, fineness, stability and moisturizing properties of the products. 5. 1007 This product is insoluble in water, but soluble in most solvents, mineral oils and vegetable oils. It is used as a lubricant in textile oils and rust inhibitors, and can also be used as a plasticizer in the papermaking industry.
6. 1008 This product can be used as a softener and lubricant. It is used in chemical synthesis and lubrication modification of mineral oils. It can be used to prepare cutting oils, laminating oils, textile oils and rust inhibitors. It is used in chemical fiber oils, protective products and pigment coatings.
7. As an emulsifier in the manufacture of 1009 ink, adding this product when preparing ink with pigment oil can make the ink emulsified quickly, facilitate kneading and pulping, and improve the gloss and lubricity of the finished ink. The dosage is generally 2~6%.
